I am a licensed real estate professional with over 13 years experience in Real Estate Acquisitions & Disposition, Affordable Housing, Residential and Commercial Property Management. I hold a Masters degree from the University of Redlands in Business Management with and emphasis in organizational leadership. I currently teach real estate courses at the University of California Los Angeles and Cerritos Community College. Over my years of experience I have put together some fool proof ways to teach aspiring investors and novist rental property owners how to keep their stress level down when managing their own assets. My love for real estate started over 15 years ago working for my parents real estate holding company. This is where I learned what it meant to manage people and property. The two are synonymous with each other because without one it’s hard to keep the other. Learning what I thought were simple concepts in families business provided me the foundation to be able to teach others how to effectively manage their own assets.
